Rachel Maizes established her firm in 2001. Prior to that she practiced with Hutchinson Black and Cook, LLC, one of the oldest law firms in Colorado. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable David M. Ebel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Rachel has worked on large cases, such as national class action lawsuits, and small cases, such as eviction actions. She has extensive experience with both criminal and civil matters. Call her for assistance with your case, whatever the size.

Rachel graduated first in her class from St. John's University School of Law. During law school, she earned numerous awards for excellent academic performance. She served as an editor of the St. John's University Law Review and clerked for the national law firm of Shearman & Sterling, LLP.

Rachel is the author of numerous legal articles. Prior to receiving her law degree, she was a writer and editor for a New York publishing firm.
